My first racecar was the Bezerk fuel altered that was bought in -75 and raced in -76 with the engine owner Börje Holmgren (to the right) as the driver. Myself in the middle with the crew help Kurt to the left.
The altered was built and raced in California by Sherm Gunn (M&S Welding) before it was shipped to Europe. Sherm ran some 6,9-7,0 sec. runs with it and won some events.
A fuel altered in the snow...My late wife Gunnel was proud to show off some of the trophies that the car won at the carshows in 1975-76.
I was a part owner of the Corvette Alcohol Funny Car "Bifrost", and the team shipped it from the home country of Sweden to California in Feb-82 to run the NHRA Winternationals.
An early project was this V-Rod that was built on the same idea as Kent Fullers original that was built in the 60`s. It had a Porsche 914 engine under the pick-up bed.
The little V-Rod was a lot of fun to drive and the low weight of 512 kg's made it easy to handle.
Another previous project was this 914 Porsche, that was mildly custombuilt and had an early style Corvette 292 cui V8 dropped in it.
It was a tight fit to get the Corvette engine in the little Porsche and adapt it to the Porsche transmission.
A special radiator was mounted in the front, with electric fans.
